LOUISIANA CRIMINAL HISTORY RAPSHEET If you want to discover what appears on your Louisiana criminal history, otherwise known as your "Rap Sheet," then we can assist you in obtaining this information. The charge is $250.00. This is a simple process and an an original fingerprint card is required. We will assist you in obtaining a fingerprint card for this process which must be on a FBI Applicant Fingerprint Card taken by a local law enforcement agency and bearing your name, race, sex, date of birth, social security number, place of birth, reason fingerprinted, and your residence. After we have submitted your information, you will ultimately receive a certified copy of your Louisiana Criminal History Rapsheet. The turn-around time for this process varies but it usually takes anywhere from 3 to 4 weeks. Once you receive your criminal history, you may discover that some or all of the arrests and convictions listed may be eligible to be expunged from your record.
